Most corporate teams don’t need a long, complicated photo shoot. They need a smooth, predictable process that respects everyone’s time while still producing portraits people feel good about using.
- About 5 minutes per person for most standard team sessions, with clear direction throughout.

- A private online gallery with about 15 to 20 proofs for each person to review and choose from.

Every organization handles scheduling a little differently, so I offer two straightforward options depending on how hands-on you want to be.
I handle the scheduling
If you want to reduce internal admin time, I can manage the signup process for you. I’ll create the schedule, send reminders, and connect each person to their gallery for proof selection and final delivery. We take care of everything for you.
You handle the scheduling
If your team already uses an internal scheduling system, you can assign the time slots yourself and send me a CSV with names and email addresses before the shoot. This works especially well for Administrators who want complete control of the process.
