More one-on-one session time consistently produces better results — and that’s the entire design of this format. Each person books their own appointment and gets my full attention for 15–20 minutes. That means time upfront to talk through what you want, what you’ve been disappointed with in past headshots, and what you need this image to do for you. I walk you through the process, coach expression and posture, and show you results in real time on a large monitor so we can adjust as we go.
Appointments don’t need to be back-to-back — people can book around their own schedules throughout the day, making this format a natural fit for busy professionals and teams with packed calendars.
Most people find the whole thing easier than they expected — I hear “That was easy” more than almost anything else. If something isn’t working — the angle, the expression, the energy — we have the time to adjust and try again. For executive teams of four or more, pricing starts at $$1250 and includes one high-resolution, professionally retouched image per person. Every quote is customized based on your team’s needs.

This session is built around your schedule and your goals — not a group booking. You get the full studio experience: time to talk through what you need, guidance on expression and posture, and real-time review so we nail the shot before you leave.
Many people come in a little nervous about being photographed. That’s completely normal — and it’s exactly why the individual format works so well. We move at your pace, and most people walk out saying it was easier than they expected.

How long does a typical session take?
For team scheduled-block sessions, each person typically takes about 5 minutes in front of the camera. Executive and individual sessions run 15–45 minutes depending on the format.
Where do you shoot?
Most corporate and team sessions are on-location at your office or venue in the Omaha area. Individual and executive sessions are available at my partner studio or on-location.
What should I wear?
Solid colors and classic business attire photograph best. I’ll send a prep guide before your session with specific recommendations.
How many images will I receive?
Every package includes at least one fully hand-retouched hi-res file per person. Additional retouched images are available at an added cost.
How quickly will I receive my images?
Retouched images are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Rush delivery is available.
Do you work outside Omaha?
Yes — I regularly work in Lincoln, Council Bluffs, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 30 miles.
