We offer customized sessions fit your needs. The three options below cover the scenarios I run into most often. If you’re not sure which fits your team, a custom quote takes less than a business day to turn around.
Team Headshots
Group Headshot session
Efficient, consistent headshots for teams that can work around a single time window. Everyone is photographed consecutively in a single time block — budget about an hour for every 12 people, plus setup.
Teams of four or more, pricing starts at $750.Every quote is customized based on your team’s needs.
What’s included:
- On-location setup, consistent lighting and background for the whole group
- Coaching for every person, plus 1 fully hand-retouched hi-res file each
- Fast turnaround — typically 3–5 business days

Executive Team Headshots
20 minute personal sessions with open non-consecutive booking
Half or full day
Half Day Shoot (up to 4 hours) :
- $1,199 + $75 per person
Full Day Shoot (up to 8 hours):
- $1,999 (up to 8 hours) + $75 per person

- Everything in Team Headshots – Plus
- Photographer on-site for your entire booked block — half day or full day
- Self-scheduled mini-shoots — Up to 20 minutes per person – any available time
- In-session review, with reshoots as time permits
- Pre-Touched Proofs – some basic retouching applied before the review
- One hand-retouched headshot per person, with a 2-revision retouching guarantee
Individual Headshot Sessions
A one-on-one session focused entirely on you. Built around your schedule, not a group booking — real-time coaching and review so we get the shot before you leave.

What’s included:
- 45–60 minutes, one-on-one, with coaching throughout
- Real-time image review and guided selection
- 1 fully hand-retouched hi-res file — additional images available
Large group or event?
For conferences and organizations photographing 30+ people, flat-rate high-volume sessions are available — one price for the half or full day. Ask about it when you request a quote.

Do you offer volume pricing for larger groups?
Yes — larger teams qualify for volume pricing. Mention your group size when you request a quote.
What’s the payment policy?
A deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due before your session. Annual partnerships can be set up with a simple prepaid arrangement — ask for details.
Are there travel fees?
No travel fees in Omaha, Council Bluffs, or Lincoln. Locations farther out are quoted individually.
Why does this cost more than a phone photo or a self-serve photo booth?
You’re paying for professional lighting, real coaching so people don’t look stiff, and hand-retouching on every image — the difference between a photo and a photo that actually does its job on your website or LinkedIn.
