Team Headshots
Efficient, consistent headshots for teams that can work around a single time window.
When your team can gather in a consecutive block — a morning at the office, an afternoon at a conference — this is the most cost-effective way to get polished, on-brand headshots across the whole group. Consistent lighting and background, quick turnaround, and a hand-retouched image for every person.

Premium Team Headshots
What’s Included
- Photographer available at your location for a full day or a Half day.
- Individually scheduled “mini shoot” (Choose 15,20 or 30 minutes per person)
- Team members schedule themselves (any available time)
- Personal attention, coaching, and direction throughout the session
- Immediate review and selection with the photographer
- Adjustments and reshoots as time permits.

$1199.00 up to 4 hours availability + $75 per retouched Headshot.

Individual Headshot Sessions
A one-on-one session focused entirely on you.
This session is built around your schedule and your goals — not a group booking. You get the full studio experience: time to talk through what you need, guidance on expression and posture, and real-time review so we nail the shot before you leave.
Many people come in a little nervous about being photographed. That’s completely normal — and it’s exactly why the individual format works so well. We move at your pace, and most people walk out saying it was easier than they expected.

- 45–60 minute one-on-one studio session
- Coaching on expression, posture, and wardrobe

- Guided selection with the photographer

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical session take?
For team scheduled-block sessions, each person typically takes about 5 minutes in front of the camera. Executive and individual sessions run 15–45 minutes depending on the format.
Where do you shoot?
Most corporate and team sessions are on-location at your office or venue in the Omaha area. Individual and executive sessions are available at my partner studio or on-location.
What should I wear?
Solid colors and classic business attire photograph best. I’ll send a prep guide before your session with specific recommendations.
How many images will I receive?
Every package includes at least one fully hand-retouched hi-res file per person. Additional retouched images are available at an added cost.
How quickly will I receive my images?
Retouched images are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Rush delivery is available.
Do you work outside Omaha?
Yes — I regularly work in Lincoln, Council Bluffs, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 30 miles.
