Not every team works the same way. Some organizations can gather everyone into a single morning block. Others — especially law firms, hospitals, and professional services — need a more flexible schedule where staff book individual time slots around their own calendars.
The three options below cover the scenarios I run into most often. If you’re not sure which fits your team, a custom quote takes less than a business day to turn around.

Executive Headshot Sessions
The executive headshot experience — now available for your whole team.
More time per person produces better results. Staff book individual appointments through a scheduling link on the days I’m on-site with your organization. Each person gets a real one-on-one session — coaching, in-session review on a large monitor, and a hand-retouched final image. Open slots are fine; flexibility is the point.
This is the format Kutak Rock, Children’s Hospital, and several other long-standing clients have settled into. When the experience matters as much as the final image, this is what you want.
What’s included per person:
- Individual scheduled appointment (typically 15–20 minutes)
- Coaching and direction throughout the session
- Real-time image review on a large monitor during your session
- Guided selection with the photographer
- 1 fully hand-retouched hi-res file
- Additional retouched images available

Team Headshots — Scheduled Block
Efficient, consistent headshots for teams that can work around a single time window.
When your team can gather in a consecutive block — a morning at the office, an afternoon at a conference — this is the most cost-effective way to get polished, on-brand headshots across the whole group. Consistent lighting and background, quick turnaround, and a hand-retouched image for every person.

- 5–10 minutes per person

Individual Headshot Session
One-on-one, in-studio or on location — for executives, professionals, and individuals.
A focused session for a single person who needs a polished headshot for a website bio, LinkedIn, firm directory, or speaking profile. Coaching, wardrobe guidance, and hand-retouching are all part of the experience.

- Up to 60 minutes, in-studio or on location
- 2 wardrobe looks
- Guided selection during your session
