Imagery That Sells Properties and Wins Pitches

Whether you’re marketing a new industrial build, a completed development, or a commercial listing, the photography has to do real work — draw interest, show scale, and help decision-makers say yes. Nealey Photo produces both the drone aerials and the ground-level interior and exterior images that commercial real estate firms and builders rely on for marketing, investor materials, and portfolio documentation.

Every project is shot and finished by Phil Nealey — an FAA-licensed drone pilot with 20+ years behind the camera, and a background shooting national ad campaigns for brands like Disney, McDonald’s, and Crate and Barrel. You get the aerial-plus-ground coverage you need from one photographer, one visit, one invoice.

Why Commercial Clients Choose Nealey Photo

FAA-Licensed and Fully Insured

Part 107 certified drone pilot. Commercial liability insurance on file. When your project requires documentation for legal, marketing, or regulatory use, the imagery comes from a properly credentialed operator.

One Photographer, Aerial and Ground

Most projects need both — an aerial establishing shot and clean ground-level images of the building, interior, or site. Rather than coordinating two vendors, you get a single, consistent visual package from one visit.

20+ Years of Commercial Experience

Published nationally and internationally (Getty Images, Corbis). National ad campaigns for McDonald’s, Disney, Blockbuster, Crate and Barrel, Morton Salt, and more. Clients include Kiewit, Colliers International, Kutak Rock, and Children’s Hospital Omaha.

Organized, On-Time, Easy to Work With

Real estate and development projects have hard deadlines — listing dates, leasing launches, investor meetings. The process is tight: clear scheduling, on-site efficiency, and delivery when promised.

Trusted by Omaha’s Commercial & Development Community

Selected clients include Colliers International, Kiewit, Kutak Rock, Husch Blackwell, Children’s Hospital Omaha, UNMC, and Nebraska Medicine.

How a Project Works

1. Scope the Shoot

Quick call or email to confirm the property, what deliverables you need (aerial, ground, interior, twilight), and your timeline. Flight restrictions and weather windows get checked up front.

2. Schedule & Shoot

One visit, aerial and ground coverage combined. For larger projects or twilight shots, we may split across two visits to hit the right light.

3. Edit & Deliver

Images are color-corrected, tone-matched, and retouched as needed. Delivery via online gallery — typically within one week, rush available.
