The Photographer
I’m Phil Nealey — a portrait, editorial, and advertising photographer based in Omaha, Nebraska. For more than 20 years I’ve been creating images for advertising campaigns, corporate clients, and editorial publications, both behind the camera and in post-production.
My work has been published nationally and internationally. I’ve shot stock photography for Getty Images and Corbis, and my advertising work has appeared in campaigns for McDonald’s, Disney, Burger King, Taco Bell, Crate and Barrel, Dole, Morton Salt, and many others — with agency partners including Leo Burnett, Publicis, FCB, and DDB.
Today, my focus is corporate headshots and commercial photography in Omaha and the surrounding region. I’m an official vendor for UNMC since 2006, and I work regularly with law firms, healthcare organizations, and companies across the metro.

What It's Like to Work With Me
Most people don’t love being photographed. I know that — and I’ve built my process around it. Sessions are relaxed, efficient, and directed. I’ll tell you exactly where to look, how to stand, and what to do with your hands. You don’t need to figure any of it out.
For corporate teams, I coordinate directly with your HR or office manager to make scheduling as painless as possible. For individuals, I walk you through everything from wardrobe to final image selection.
