Flexible Scheduling
Typically headshots are scheduled consecutively. Your team’s time is valuable. You can hire me to be on site from a half day or a full day and let team members choose any time slot that works with their schedule. This option opens up extended individual session time as well.
Extended Sessions
Regular team sessions allow about 5 minutes per person. You can choose to extend individual sessions to 15, 20 or 30 minutes + to allow more one-on one time with the photographer. This allows time for in session selection and reshoots. Team members love this.
Pretouching
More than just retouching. Pretouching provides a level of retouching instantly during the shoot so every proof has some basic edits done before you even make your selections. You can choose how much or how little you want done up front. This open up the possibility of instant delivery.
Instant Delivery
If you’re not selecting in-session or need a quicker turnaround. We can deliver headshots instantly to each person in a private gallery. You can choose from several options. Un-retouched instant download, Pretouched instant download, or select for retouching and later delivery.

How much do corporate headshots cost?
Team headshot sessions start at $99/person (Core tier, 10-person minimum) with a $195 setup fee. The Prime tier is $139/person (4-person minimum) and includes one retouched file per person. The Epic tier is $199/person for longer, more personalized sessions. Volume discounts apply for teams of 25+. Individual sessions are $349 and include two fully retouched images.
Do you come to our office?
Yes — every team session is on-location at your office or facility. We bring professional lighting, backdrops, and everything needed to set up a temporary studio wherever works best for your team. No travel required on your end.
How long does a team headshot session take?
It depends on your tier and team size. Core sessions run about 2–5 minutes per person, Prime runs 5–10 minutes, and Epic allows up to 20 minutes. A team of 20 on the Core tier typically wraps in under two hours including setup.
What if some of our team members hate being photographed?
That's exactly who I work best with. With more than 20 years of experience coaching all kinds of subjects, I specialize in putting self-conscious and camera-shy people at ease. Most people are genuinely surprised by how comfortable the process feels — and by how much they like the results.
How quickly do we receive the finished images?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after your team makes selections from the online proof gallery. Rush and instant delivery options are available if your timeline is tight — just let us know when you book.
Can employees be photographed at different times throughout the day?
Yes. With the flexible scheduling upgrade, team members sign up for any available slot during a half-day or full-day session rather than being photographed consecutively. This works well for large organizations or teams with variable schedules.
