One executive. One session. Built around your schedule.

An executive portrait isn’t a slot in a group lineup. It’s a dedicated session at your office — or wherever your image should be made — with lighting and a background chosen for you rather than for the room.

We come to you, and we plan the location in advance so nothing on the day is improvised. You see the images as we shoot, and we keep going until it’s right.

These are the portraits that end up on leadership pages, in press kits, in annual reports, and in investor materials — places where the photo represents the company, not just the person in it.

Executive-level headshots for Omaha business leaders by Nealey Photo

Why Omaha Executives Choose Nealey Photo

20+ Years of Pro Experience

Nealey Photo has been photographing Omaha's business community since before LinkedIn existed. National ad campaign background (McDonald's, Disney, Crate and Barrel) and official UNMC vendor since 2006. You're not working with a weekend shooter.

Coaching That Gets Authentic Results

Most executives are used to performing — not being photographed. We know how to shift that. Every session includes guidance on expression, posture, and presence so the final image looks natural, not stiff.

A Background Chosen For You

Group sessions use one setup for everyone, because that's what makes them efficient. An executive portrait works the other way: we pick the location, build the light around you, and balance it against whatever the room is doing. Want a clean background and an environmental portrait in your own space? That's two setups in one session.

Built For Where The Image Will Run

A LinkedIn crop, a press headshot, and a full-page annual report portrait aren't the same photograph. We plan the session around where the images actually go — a habit that comes from years of national ad campaign work.

What Clients Are Saying

“I’ve never been pleased with headshots done by other photographers in the past… I’m amazed by the results! He is very personable and talented — you will not be disappointed with the images you get from Phil!”

Common Questions

Q: Can you photograph several of our executives?
Yes. Each person gets their own session, scheduled individually — they don’t have to be on the same day, and they don’t have to share a background.

Q: What’s the difference between this and your team headshot sessions?
Team sessions use one lighting setup for everyone, which is what keeps them efficient and affordable per person. An executive portrait is built the other way around: individual setup, longer session, more finished images. Different job, different price.

Q: Do you come to our office?
Yes, that’s the default. We bring professional lighting and backgrounds, and we can shoot against a clean backdrop, in your office, or at a signature spot in your building. Most sessions happen in a conference room, an office, or a lobby.

Q: Can you shoot at a specific place in our building?
Often the best portraits come from exactly that. Send photos of the spot you have in mind when you inquire and we’ll plan the light for it, including what time of day the space works best.

Q: How long until we receive the photos?
Retouched files come back within five business days of your selection, usually sooner. Rush turnaround of 24–48 hours is available for an additional fee.

Q: What should I wear?
We send a preparation guide before every session. Generally: solid colors, business or business-casual, avoid busy patterns. Bring a second option if you’d like a choice — you’ll see the images before we finish, so there’s no guessing.

Photographing your whole leadership team?
If you need eight, fifteen, or twenty people photographed and getting everyone in one room isn’t realistic, that’s a different product — a booked half or full day where each person picks their own time slot. See team pricing →
