Q: Do you come to our office?
Yes. We bring professional lighting, backdrops, and everything needed for a complete studio setup at your location. Most sessions take place in a conference room or open space.
Q: How long until we receive the photos?
Typically 5–7 business days. Rush turnaround (24–48 hours) available for an additional fee.
Q: Can I book just one or two people?
The Epic package requires a minimum of 3 people. For a single executive session, contact us for custom pricing.
Q: What should I wear?
We send a preparation guide before every session. Generally: solid colors, business or business-casual attire, avoid busy patterns. We’ll also discuss your intended use — website, speaking bio, board profile — so the look fits the context.
