Before and After – “The Process ”

This photo was taken as a corporate headshot. It’s a simple shot that illustrates one of my retouching techniques. I’ve been asked what you call this process and I could not come up with a name. After discussing “the process” with several clients it came to me. There is a movie by David Mamet called The Spanish Prisoner (a great movie BTW). The movie is centered around a very lucrative industrial process that has not yet been patented – it is never described or named – it’s just refered to as “The Process” throughout the film. So I thought I might as well just call my technique “The Process” as well.
