Drone Photography That Puts a Property in Context
Most drone requests come down to context. Buyers and tenants want to know whether your building can be seen from a major highway or sits somewhere private, and what’s nearby. For the Olsson buildings in Lincoln, that meant getting Pinnacle Bank Arena and Memorial Stadium into the frame.
Every property is different, and the rest of the shoot is about what makes yours worth a second look: the architecture, a standout feature, the parking, how it looks at sunset or with the lights on after dark. Some buildings make that easy. Others take some creativity with timing and angle. Colliers brought me in for beauty shots of high-value investment properties. Get a free custom quote.
