Flexible Scheduling
Typically headshots are scheduled consecutively. Your team's time is valuable. You can hire me to be on site from a half day or a full day and let team members choose any time open slot that works with their schedule.
Extended Time Slots
Standard team sessions move quickly, with everyone photographed consecutively. You can extend individual sessions to 15, 20 or 30 minutes for more one-on-one time with the photographer. This allows time for in session selection and reshoots. Team members love this. no chasing down anyone for retouching selections providing the highest satisfaction and quick turnaround
Instant Delivery
If you're not selecting in-session selection or need a quicker turnaround. We can deliver headshots instantly to each person in a private gallery. You can choose from several options. We bring professional lighting and a backdrop to your Omaha office — no one has to drive to a studio or burn half a workday. Your team books individual time slots online, we set up in a conference room or open area, and each person gets a few minutes of guided posing before moving on to proofs.
It depends on the session type. Standard team sessions move quickly — budget about an hour for every 12 people. Executive Team sessions give you up to 20 minutes per person with self-scheduled time slots, and individual sessions run 45 to 60 minutes, one-on-one. Ask about extending any slot when you request your quote.
Solid, non-reflective colors photograph best — a good rule of thumb is to look at how senior people in your industry dress on LinkedIn. Law firms and financial services tend toward traditional suits; healthcare and creative teams have more room to show personality. Every headshot is retouched by hand, not run through a one-click filter. We remove blemishes, soften under-eye bags and fine lines, tidy stray hairs, whiten teeth, and reduce redness — while keeping the result natural. We stop well short of anything that looks airbrushed.
Each team member gets a private online gallery to choose their favorite from their proofs for retouching, or an instant pre-retouched download if you choose our faster delivery option. Once everyone selects their favorite, retouched final images are available within a few days to download directly — no coordinating through HR. Admin will also receive a download link for the entire gallery.
Yes. We keep your team’s setup on file, so new hires or anyone who missed the original session can be added later — either in a short follow-up visit or during your next scheduled shoot — with the same background and retouching style so it matches seamlessly.
