Flexible Scheduling
Typically headshots are scheduled consecutively. Your team’s time is valuable. You can hire me to be on site from a half day or a full day and let team members choose any time slot that works with their schedule. This option opens up extended individual session time as well.
Extended Sessions
Regular team sessions allow about 5 minutes per person. You can choose to extend individual sessions to 15, 20 or 30 minutes + to allow more one-on one time with the photographer. This allows time for in session selection and reshoots. Team members love this.
Pretouching
More than just retouching. Pretouching provides a level of retouching instantly during the shoot so every proof has some basic edits done before you even make your selections. You can choose how much or how little you want done up front. This open up the possibility of instant delivery.
Instant Delivery
If you’re not selecting in-session or need a quicker turnaround. We can deliver headshots instantly to each person in a private gallery. You can choose from several options. Un-retouched instant download, Pretouched instant download, or select for retouching and later delivery.

Team sessions start at $750 for groups of four or more, including on-site setup, coaching, one retouched file per person, and private gallery delivery. Volume pricing applies for teams of 25+. Individual sessions are $349 with one fully retouched image, and executive sessions with dedicated on-site time start at $1,199. No travel fees in Omaha, Council Bluffs, or Lincoln. Do you come to our office?
Yes — every team session is on-location at your office or facility. We bring professional lighting, backdrops, and everything needed to set up a temporary studio wherever works best for your team. No travel required on your end.
How long does a team headshot session take?
Everyone is photographed consecutively, so plan a single time window: most teams should budget about an hour for every 12 people, plus setup. A team of 20 typically wraps inside two hours. Executive sessions run longer, with extended individual time for each person.
What if some of our team members hate being photographed?

How quickly do we receive the finished images?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after your team makes selections from the online proof gallery. Rush and instant delivery options are available if your timeline is tight — just let us know when you book.
Can employees be photographed at different times throughout the day?
Yes. With the flexible scheduling upgrade, team members sign up for any available slot during a half-day or full-day session rather than being photographed consecutively. This works well for large organizations or teams with variable schedules.
