  1. The first, and perhaps most obvious, reason is that professional headshots make everyone on your team look their absolute best. A professional photographer is trained to capture your best angles, make your personality shine, and help you exude credibility and professionalism. It's not just about the perfect lighting and flawless makeup, it's about providing a window into your essence, your drive, and your commitment to excellence.
  2. Secondly, having professional headshots sends a clear signal that your brand is professional and serious about what it does. It shows that you invest in your team and value professionalism. This, in turn, instills trust in your customers. They see a team that is polished and put-together, and automatically associate that with a high level of service quality. It's a powerful tool in your marketing arsenal!
  3. Thirdly, pro headshots can boost your team's confidence. When your team members see their professional portraits, they'll feel valued and important. This can significantly improve their morale, job satisfaction, and productivity. In essence, a professional headshot is more than a photo; it's a recognition of your team member's significance within the company.
  4. Fourth, professional headshots provide a consistent aesthetic for your brand. Just like your logo, website, and marketing materials, your team's headshots should fit in with your brand's visual identity. A uniform set of headshots ensures continuity and cohesion, thereby strengthening your brand image. It's like a visual symphony, where everyone plays their part to create a harmonious and stunning masterpiece.
  5. Fifth and finally, professional headshots are versatile tools that can be used across various platforms. They can jazz up your team's LinkedIn profiles, add a professional touch to email signatures, and make a stellar impression on your website's "About Us" page. They can even make an appearance on promotional materials or press releases!

In a nutshell, investing in professional headshots for your team is not just about getting some nice photos. It’s about enhancing your brand image, boosting team morale, and setting the bar high for professionalism. So, let’s ditch the selfies, and embrace the power of pro headshots for a game-changing impact!

"Creative Composite Photography for Nebraska Medicine's One Thousand One Magazine Feature on Dr. Michael Sitorius"

I photographed Doctor Michael Sitorius for One Thousand One Magazine, an in house publication of Nebraska Medicine.  Due to the constraints of the location we decided it was best to composite him with a background (from a different room) shot separately. This gave us flexibility to adapt the photos to the layout of the magazine and helped to tell the story visually.  It also minimized the time Dr. Sitorius needed to be on set so he could get back to work.
